Human Sis Comes Home – Update

Human sis came home ago week from today!  We were so excited to see her.  We had waited in anticipation all day for her to walk through the doors.  Well, it was as good as we thought!  We jumped on her and licked her and made sure she paid lots of attention to us.  We were sad when she left on Sunday but it was a great weekend!  It couldn’t have been any better!  She drug mom, dad and human bro to the State Fair on Saturday.  It was hotter than heck outside and I don’t think it was as great as she thought it was going to be icon sad Follow Up Friday   She said there were some really strange people at the Fair!  I wonder what that means?

Rain and Lots of It

You know how mom has been complaining about the hot weather?  Well, it finally cooled off a little and it has been raining.  In fact, it has been raining since Wednesday.  Don’t get me wrong…the rain is great but we are wondering if it is ever going to go away?  Humans are crazy! First they complain about how hot it is and about how they want it to rain and then it turns cool and it rains and then they complain about too much rain.  Which is it guys?  Rain or no rain?  Personally, us dogs kind of like the rain!  It feels good on us when we are running and chasing those pesky squirrels!

Squirrels – Update

The squirrels are still tormenting Teddy and making messes in our backyard!  Teddy continues to chase them up and down the trees, up the fence, down the fence line and all over the yard.  He loves chasing those squirrels so much that mom has to go out to the yard and bring him in to eat.  Now…Ash and I we know when it is time to eat and we wait patiently like good dogs in the sunroom for her to feed us.  But not Teddy, he is outside chasing those darned squirrels!  I don’t know what he is going to do when it is cold outside and the squirrels don’t come out and visit him anymore icon sad Follow Up Friday

We Won!

Really, mom won but she won it for us.  Dakota over at Dakota’s Den had a giveaway.  Dakota and Dakota’s mom were giving away VIVA Dog Facial Wipes and mom won some!  I have to tell you…those are some really good smelling wipes!  Mom wiped our face with them and we smelled so good and our faces were so clean!  We wanted to say thanks to Dakota and Dakota’s mom!  We were so excited when we got our package cause mom never wins anything!  Tee Hee!

Halloween Costume

I just want to thank all of you for your kind words about my silly hat that mom made me wear!  Thanks to you all she has started looking for a Batdog or Superdog costume for me!  I finally talked her into finding a more appropriate costume for me to wear.  After all, I am the man-dog of the family!  Stay tuned for more about the costumes.  I wonder what she will find for Ash and Teddy?  I personally think Ash should be a Princess or a Fairy!  Wouldn’t she be cute!!!!!

Today!

Bad news for us dogs:(  Mom says we are going to go visit George our vet.  We need our shots so she has talked dad into going with her so maybe this time Ash won’t act up!  The last time she took Ash by herself, Ash expressed her anal glands all over mom.  Mom says she isn’t doing that again!!!  I’ll let you know how the visit to the vet goes.  This should be interesting…all three of us big dogs at the vet at the same time.  Good Luck, mom!
