Follow Up Friday: We Hate Computers!
Our friend Jodi over at Heart Like A Dog started Follow Up Friday not too long ago! She started it to give her an opportunity to update or revise a post from the previous week. We thought this was such a great idea that we have joined in. Thank you Jodi for hosting this blog hop and thank you Misty Shores Chesapeakes for co-hosting it this week. We don’t have much to follow up on this week cause it hasn’t been a very good computer week 
We Hate Dislike Computers! If you tried to visit us you may have noticed that there was an error and you couldn’t access our site. We had mom working day and night trying to get us back online and finally yesterday morning she got the problem fixed and wah la…here we are once again! Mom had to do all kinds of things…like delete plugins, add plugins and resize pictures. When she first started this site, she didn’t realize that she should probably resize all of her pictures and not upload pictures that were enormous. Doh, mom! So she has been resizing all of those big pictures from a long time ago and believe me, it is taking her forever! But at least she got our site back up. She is still resizing pictures and when she is finished with that, she has lots to do, like commenting on our favorite blogs and passing on a couple of awards. We also have a giveaway that we are going to feature so make sure you come back and check it out!
This is how I felt while I was watching mom at the computer the last couple of days! I don’t think I should tell you how mom felt!
It is turning a little bit colder here and the leaves are starting to fall! We didn’t think it was ever going to turn Fall in our part of the country! We like the colder weather…it feels so good when we are out running around!
Mom is getting ready for a garage sale next weekend. There sure is a lot of junk stuff that she is hoping to get rid of. We didn’t realize that you humans could collect so much stuff! We are thinkin’ that it is a whole lot less complicated being a dog and we kind of like our lives! It’s not so bad lying around, having you humans wait on us!

Thanks for joining the FUF blog hop, it sound like your week wasn’t so good. I hate when I have technical issues (which seems to be a lot lately) I’m glad that mom figured it out. I wonder how I’ll figure it out when it happens to me! LOL

Sounds like a mess but it is still better than typing on a typewriter, paying to print our your photos and mailing your post per US Mail to all that subscribe – LOL! Anyway, mom works online all the time and has this great free tool that will resize a whole folder of photos in just a click or two. Google “vso image resizer”, she had it with Vista and now with Win 7. She never asks it to search for updates and it runs great and fast – works on pc or mac, you choose what you need on the free download site. Maybe your mom can use it too.

Mummy hates computers too. You should hear the naughty words she uses when the computer is playing up. Something to do with lack space. It is after all a rather elderly computer and can be very slow. Love Nellie and Jasper, the two bestest maremmas in all the land.

Computers can be a challenge. We re-size (or optimize) all of our pictures for our blog. You might have noticed the little watermark on our pictures which notes the program we use. Easy.
