Thankful Thursday on Saturday!!!!
Whoops we are a little behind!
We are thankful for several things today.  For one, mom has almost gotten caught back up on stuff!  We have read and answered most of our emails, we have been commenting on as many blogs as we can get mom to comment on, we are about to finish up with reviews that we need to do and we are keeping up with posts!  We told mom she didn’t need to go on vacation cause see what happens!  We all get behind!

We are also so very thankful for the awards we received from Peace Love & Whiskers!  It makes us feel all fuzzy and warm inside when we get an award!  So, thank you very much for thinking of us and we are sorry that it has taken mom so long to get this posted!

We received the Super Sweet Blogging Award, the Reality Blogging Award and the Liebster blogging award all from Peace Love & Whiskers!  Good things really do come in 3s!

So here goes:

The Super Sweet Blogging Award

We received this award one other time so if you would like to read our answers you will have to go to that post!  See, mom is being lazy again   By the way, this award requires that you nominate a baker’s dozen (13) blogs.  Just sayin’!

We have never received this award!  This is so cool!  These are the rules:

1)  If you could change one thing, what would you change?

I would have retired earlier cause I have enjoyed being able to spend more time with my family and my dogs!

2)  If you could repeat an age, what would it be?  any year?

I would be 21 all over again!

3)  What is one thing that really scares you?

I really don’t know:(

4)  What is one dream you have not completed, and do you think you’ll be able to complete it?

I want to take an Alaskan cruise and I’m sure going to try to do it!

5)  If you could be someone else for one day, who would it be?

I don’t know…I’ll have to think about that one!

What makes you happiest?

Spending time with my kids, hubby and my three dogs!

Do you love the Ocean or the Mountains more?

The Ocean!  Our favorite place to vacation is the Bahamas!  We love hanging out at the beach.  Can’t get much better than that!

What has been your favorite moment of 2012?

I think it would have to be Christmas when our whole family was home together.  My daughter was home from college and my son was home from working Hurricane Sandy.  It is always more fun around here when everyone is home together!

What is your favorite quote and why?

Do you like yourself?

Most of the time.

Do you stay up til the Stroke of Midnight on New Years Eve?

Not all the time, but this New Years Eve I did!  We were in the Bahamas and I stayed up and watch the fireworks!  They were awesome!

Something you wish you would get done ASAP?

I wrote a children’s book that I want to publish on Kindle.  I just have to figure out how to do that but I keep procrastinating!  Need to get busy and learn how its done:)

What was your favorite class while still in school?

My favorite classes in college were my Geology classes.  That sounds nerdy, but I enjoyed learning about rocks, minerals and the earth.

What musical instrument have you tried to learn to play?

I played the clarinet in high school.

Anything you wish you had learned earlier?

I wish I had learned how to create a website earlier in life.  I would have created more animal sites in order to share information about animal causes of all kinds.

Do you like to do crafts or draw or even paint?

I used to do crafts all of the time before life got really busy with two kids, baseball games and softball games.  I scrapbook and have started several that I need to finish!
