Tuesday’s Tails #32: Adopt a Dog!
From now on, my Tuesday’s Tails posts will be written in honor of Phe, or as we called her…Princess Phe. I would never have started this blog hop if it hadn’t been for her, so this one is for you Phe. Let’s see if we can’t help get some doggies and kitties adopted!
This is the Blog Hop that features shelter animals. Find a cat, dog, rabbit, etc. at your local animal shelter or rescue and feature them on this Blog Hop! Come join the fun and help a furry friend find a forever home! And while you’re at it, don’t forget to visit the other blogs and share their doggies, cats, rabbits, and all the other animals that need forever homes on your social media sites. Please spread the word!
Yesterday, hu bro’s girlfriend and her mom took Lily and Babe out for a walk around the shopping mall in Edmond to try to find them a forever home. You remember Babe and Lily don’t you? Babe has been at the shelter for a really long time now. In fact, I think her and Ira had been there the longest and luckily Ira finally got adopted, so I think Babe has been at the shelter longer than all of the other dogs. And Lily…well she holds a special place in our hearts because she is Diesel’s mommy and Diesel has been asking Santa to find her a forever home! We thought we would share a couple of pictures of Lily out with hu bro’s girlfriend yesterday!
We also wanted to share Stephen because he is a senior chocolate Labrador Retriever. He is 8 years old and weighs about 65 pounds. Stephen is one good looking man dog, don’t ya think?
Stephen is an older guy looking for a second chance. He is very sweet and only wants to be loved. He enjoys going for walks and roaming around in the yard. Stephen is a handsome boy that would make a wonderful companion. Call (405) 216-7615 to find out more about Stephen. Ask for information about animal ID number A022017.
Of course, we are kind of partial towards Labs! Stephen looks like he would make somebody a great BFF! If you are looking to add a furry friend to your family, please check out Stephen or any of the other dogs or cats at the Edmond Animal Shelter. If you don’t live in Edmond, please check out YOUR local animal shelter. Save a life and make a new best friend while you’re at it!
